Our Vision
The Cultivated Self is a program designed to guide you in cultivating a positive relationship with food and your body by seeking to find freedom from obsessive or negative thoughts, so you can live a joy-filled, meaningful life that aligns with the values you hold.
Here’s what you’ll learn:
- How our environments influence our food choices
- Relearn how to listen to your body’s hunger and fullness cues
- Liberalize food so that all foods fit (no more good and bad foods – yay!)
- Master mindful eating so that you can enjoy food again
- Experience gratitude for your body
- Explore where you want to invest your energy when you finally have freedom from dieting

Here’s what’s included in the program:
In each 1-hour session, you will explore your relationship with food and your body and cover a new stage in The Cultivated Eating Cycle that will provide you with the tools to build a positive and intuitive relationship with food and your body.
Created and led by registered dietitians.
Meet your team:
Emily Estes, MS, RD, LMNT and Liz Baker, MS, RD, LMNT
Registered Dietitians
You will have unlimited email access to our dietitians between sessions. If you opt in to the group program, you will have group accountability and support as well. We know that your relationship with food and your body can be complicated. You are not on this journey alone!
The Cultivated Self is tailored to individuals and designed for you to journey at your own pace.
We hold the belief that all foods fit into our diet (not that kind of diet) – food is meant to nourish our bodies and it is meant to be enjoyed! Learn how to distinguish false food claims from the truth.
Begin your journey toward intuitive eating – the practice of listening to your body’s hunger cues – so that you never have to diet again.
Rebuild a trusting relationship between you and your body. Experience gratitude for all that your body has done and can do for you.
We know that diets are not sustainable for most people – so why continue the cycle of signing up for a new diet that makes you feel guilty when it doesn’t work out? The Cultivated Self creates a foundation for sustainable change!
